About Me

I'm a home baker, a graduate of the Niagara College Culinary Arts Program.  I've been baking and cooking from the age of 9, learning at my mother's side and am constantly learning and honing my skills through many courses, including George Brown's Cake Decorating Program.

I take great pride and care in my baking, using the finest ingredients, scrupulous care in cleanliness and producing outstanding, delicious cakes.
