CHOICES
Choose the type of Frosting you would like for your cake
American Buttercream
Traditional buttercream frosting, made with powdered icing sugar, butter and a splash of cream. Silky, smooth and very sweet.
Swiss Meringue Buttercream
A lighter, less sweet buttercream frosting, made with egg whites, sugar and butter. Satiny smooth texture with beautiful, fluffy peaks. Does not form a crust.
Chocolate Fudge Frosting
A variation on American buttercream, made with cocoa and powdered sugar, sour cream and melted bittersweet chocolate. Thick, rich, fudgy and not too sweet.
PLEASE NOTE: Some cakes may only have one type of frosting available.
